From the blue line, Megan Keller contributed 17 points through 30 games and Haley Winn has 16 points in 24 appearances. Boston's defensive corps has been among the most productive in the league all year.
Minnesota got goals but could not keep pace with Boston's attack. Kendall Coyne Schofield leads the Frost with 24 points in 30 games. Kelly Pannek has 23 points, and Taylor Heise has matched that total in 29 games with a team-high 15 assists.
The loss drops Minnesota to 42 points in third place, still well within playoff position but now 9 points behind Montréal for second. The Frost have been solid at home this season, making this result a reminder of the gap between them and the Fleet.
Aerin Frankel has been the backbone of Boston's season in goal. Her .954 save percentage and 1.17 goals-against average rank among the best in league history. She has recorded seven shutouts through 21 starts.
